Internet Orders

You can purchase parts 24/7 directly from our products page using our secure merchant cart. We offer many payment options when purchasing online. You can send us money through paypal, use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express for a fast easy check out. All orders will be processed quickly and usually shipped in one or two business days via UPS or USPS.


Phone Orders

You can call us at 513-237-4428 to place your order. Please have your part numbers and description ready when ordering. Phone orders can be made during our business hours: 9 a.m to 6 p.m (eastern standard time) Monday thru Friday. You can pay over the phone using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or can mail us a money order or check. All orders will be processed quickly and usually shipped in one or two business days via UPS or USPS.


Fax or Mail Orders

You can fax or mail us your order by using the printable order form. Order by using the complete part number and description. State information concerning the type of car the parts are to be used on: year, make, model, engine, transmission, rear end, ect. Clearly print your name, address, zip code and phone number. Include payment either by money order or check. You can also use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express card. Print the number and experation date clearly. Mail completed order forms to Thompson's Garage 4041 Deer Park Ave. Cincinnati OH. 45236 or fax order forms to 513-936-9547. All orders will be processed quickly and usually shipped in one or two business days via UPS or USPS.


Back Orders

Orders or portions of orders for merchandise temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and shipped immediately when available. If an item is going to be on back order longer than 2 weeks we will notify you and offer to refund your payment for the back ordered merchandise.


Terms

We ship all orders UPS or USPS whenever possible. On orders paid by money order or check we will ship freight collect (you pay freight charges C.O.D). On credit card orders shipping charges will be added to your account. We only charge actual shipping charges and no packaging or handling fees.

All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a substantial increase in price you will be notified before shipment is made. The differance in price will need to be paid in full before the merchandise is shipped.


Shipping

All orders will be shipped in one to two business days from receipt of payment. Occasionally some orders will take longer (one to two weeks) because of parts availability from other suppliers. You will be notified if your order can't be shipped with-in a 2 week period.

Most domestic orders will ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Orders to large for UPS will ship freight.

Most foreign orders will ship USPS Priority Mail International based on your country codes. Foreign orders to large for USPS will ship UPS air freight.

Return Policy

All sales are final and merchandise may be returned only with consent from Thompson's Garage. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be shipped back prepaid. We cannot accept collect shipments. Products that have been used or altered in any way cannot be returned. No returns after 30 days.


Claims For Damage or Shortage

Claims for damaged or lost merchandise are to be made to the freight carrier. If you receive a damaged package or a package that looks like it has been tampered with, make a written not of this to the freight carrier when you sign for receiving the package. Carefully open and be sure to save damaged container as visible proof. Notify the local office of the freight carrier as soon as possible (with-in 48 hours)

Claims for shortage of merchandise (other than lost items) to be made to us with-in five days or receipt of order.


Guarantee and Liability

Merchandise is guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product found to be defective subject to our inspection and approval.

Thompson's Garage will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by the use or mis-use of any product we sell or manufacture.
